Girault Concepts And Solutions has a thirty day return policy for undamaged product. Also, The Grab-N-Fly is covered by a six month warranty detailed below. Girault Concepts And Solutions LLC provides a 30-Day Return Window of Non-Defective Products and the following 6 month limited warranty. This 6 month limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and receipt and order number must be retained. (Details Below)

 

 

Return Policy

 

Undamaged product can be returned within thirty days of the invoice purchase date. Original receipt and order number is required for all returns. In an event of a return, Girault Concepts And Solutions LLC will fully return purchase price excluding tax, and the original shipping price. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost incurred to return undamaged product to Girault Concepts And Solutions LLC. Girault Concepts Solutions LLC will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the product's return. If the product was purchased with a "free shipping promotion" the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost to return the product to Girault Concepts And Solutions LLC.

 

 

Limited Warranty

The Grab-N-Fly's limited warranty extends for six months.

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained.

 

 

The Limited Warranty is subject to the following condition;

 

This warranty extends only to the Grab-N-Fly product distributed and/or sold by Girault Concepts And Solutions LLC. It is effective only if the products are purchased and operated in the USA. (Within the USA including US 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii.)

 

This warranty covers only normal use of the product. Girault Concepts And Solutions LLC shall not be liable under this six month warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) lost, theft, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters (iii) loss profit, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, or incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Girault Concepts And Solutions LLC be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of product and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.
